Terms and conditions of sale

By purchasing from MedAmrComp6777 or CompuMeUK (bidding in the case of an auction) you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms of sale.

Payment and General order processing

1.       Payment for goods sold via the internet will be by PayPal only.

2.       Support and correspondence for all internet based sales will be via email (please check you details are up to date when purchasing / checking out).

3.       We are a business and not a private seller; we therefore operate stated business hours. We endeavour to answer enquires promptly but requests for information outside normal office hours (Inc weekends / public holidays) may not be responded to until the nest working day.

4.       Items paid for before 11 am will be 90% shipped same say, all other items are normally shipped next day(excluding weekends and bank holidays) If there are any delays we will notify the buyer by E-mail.

5.     Delivery for Northern Ireland, Scottish- Highlands and UK Island will be £10.00 EXTRA

6.       Please check postage prices for Europe and European Union.

*These computers are used so there might be some scratches, scuffs and marks on them but does NOT affect performance

Warranty

1.     Warranty and condition of items is as stated. It is important to read the product description carefully BEFORE purchasing. Please ask any questions about the item before buying.

2.     Compatibility is the responsibility of the Purchaser, if you require any additional information please contact us BEFORE purchasing. You should check that the goods are fit for YOUR purpose before purchasing.

3.     We do not offer a refund for goods purchased in error.

4.     Pictures are for illustration purposes only.

5.     We supply all 2nd use equipment with 30 days hardware warranty ONLY, unless otherwise specified.

6.     Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer’s responsibility.

7.     Removing or tampering with security labels voids warranty.

8.     Please contact us via e-mail or phone within 2 days of purchasing and we will try to help resolve any problems.

9.     No warranty on batteries, only if reported within 24 hours of receipt.

10.  PC’s and laptops warranty covers hardware ONLY, the warranty does not cover any software issues, file corruption, internet setup etc.

ATTENTION!!

Item’s warranty become Void:

a)     If damage is caused by: undue wear and tear, dirt, misuses, improper installation or operation, neglect and accident.

b)    If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.

c)     If the item was opened, removed any part of the item or repaired by an unauthorized person.

11.  We check all our items before sending them out, If you received any broken or missing item , please kindly keep all the packages material, take photo and send to us within 48 hours and we will try our best to solve the proble.

 Returns, Repairs and Refunds

1.     If we cannot remedy, RMA (Return Merchandiser Authorization Number) will be issued via e-mail.

2.     RMA number needs to be marked clearly on the parcel when returning goods back to us.

3.      Goods sent back to us will NOT be accepted WITHOUT a valid RMA number.

4.      We re-test the items returned to the items returned to us with valid RMA number.

5.      Replacement will be sent (at our expense) if goods found to be faulty and replacement available.

6.      If goods are found to be faulty and no replacement is available, we will issue full refund (exclude the originally postage cost).

7.      If customer does not want replacement at this stage, re-stocking of 20 % minimum £5will be applied before refund.

8.      If goods returned are found not faulty, a £5 fee for re-testing, and shipping fee needs to be paid for goods to be sent back to the purchaser.

9.      We will withhold a fee of 20% (minimum £5), for non-faulty items accepted for return (shipping non refundable). This includes items purchased in error, incompatible items, unwanted items etc.

10.  Items which are sold without warranty for spares, repair etc are non refundable/ non returnable.

11.  Buyer pays for the cost of returning the items to us, whatever the reason may be. There are no exceptions.

12.  It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the item is safely returned to us.

13.  We do not operate an advance replacement procedure.

14.  CompuMeUK does not accept responsibility for compatibility of products.

15.  Any goods returned back to us without RMA number will be dealt with as for recycling.

16.  Unwanted goods under Distance Selling Regulations buyers have a legal 7 days cooling off period. If you do not want the goods please contact us for return information. Goods must be returned in an undamaged condition in original sealed packing. We will refund the value of the goods only (less any retesting fee), not the shipping charge.
